
Power BI Report Director

Kforce has a client in need of a Power BI Report Director in Wilmington, MA.
Responsibilities
Lead the migration of Tableau reports and dashboards into Power BI
Oversee design and delivery of internal employee dashboards and reporting pages
Define Power BI reporting standards, data models, and best practices
Build and optimize data models and DAX measures for performance and scalability
Embed Power BI reports and dashboards into internal web pages and applications
Partner with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective dashboards
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and usability across all Power BI solutions
Requirements
5-10 years of experience in BI, analytics, or reporting leadership roles
Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
Working knowledge of Tableau and experience supporting or migrating Tableau content
Experience embedding Power BI reports into web pages or internal portals
Strong understanding of dashboard design and user-focused analytics
Ability to lead reporting strategy and mentor BI developers
Strong communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
