Job Description Qualifications
Bachelor's (or equivalent) with 6-8 years of experience, or a Master's with 6-8 years of experience.
Demonstrate UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
Proficiency in visual design and wire-framing tools.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Understanding of n-tier, SOA architectures and UI frameworks.
Experience developing high fidelity wireframes using rapid prototyping tools like HTML, CSS, Axure, iRise, etc.
Experience building low fidelity wireframes using Adobe Creative suite, OmniGraffle, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience with implementing Responsive design (scaling the layout to fit different devices like smart phone and desktop).
Ability to be results-focused, proactive, highly collaborative, confident under pressure.
Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Java Web application development experience focused on front end using JSP, JSF or other UI based technologies.
