is looking for a strategic and hands-on performance marketing leader to
own and scale paid acquisition.
This high-impact role will drive qualified leads, booked appointments, and measurable
pipeline and revenue growth
through data-driven channel strategy and funnel optimization. What You’ll Own:
Paid media strategy and execution across Google Ads, Meta, and emerging channels Budget management, bidding, and performance optimization to hit CPA, CAC, and revenue targets A structured testing roadmap across creatives, audiences, offers, and landing experiences Ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives in partnership with UX/Design Attribution, analytics, and reporting that connects marketing spend to pipeline and closed revenue Close collaboration with Sales and Revenue teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates Mentorship and cross-functional leadership to build a culture of experimentation and accountability What You Bring:
5–8+ years of performance marketing experience with strong focus on paid search and paid social Proven success managing meaningful budgets and exceeding CPA/CAC and revenue goals Deep experience with landing page testing, funnel diagnostics, and growth experimentation Comfort working with analytics tools, attribution models, and CRM integrations Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in ad platforms Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, on-site environment
