Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Addison Group is seeking a proactive Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Panama City operations. This role partners with business leaders to align workforce strategies with organizational goals while leveraging HR data to guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic HR partner, advising leaders on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and HR compliance.

Analyze workforce trends, turnover, and HR metrics; develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.

Lead HRIS functions, including onboarding, position management, document tracking, and leave administration.

Collaborate on cross-functional HR initiatives aimed at improving processes, scalability, and employee engagement.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across assigned business units.

Provide guidance on federal and state employment laws to ensure compliance.

Travel approximately 25%, typically 1–3 days per visit, with 1–2 visits per week to support business operations.

Qualifications

Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

Experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, and talent management.

Familiarity with HRIS systems (PAYCOM preferred) and data visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).

Knowledge of federal/state labor laws and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
