Consumer SB Loan Onboarding-Funding Specialist

The Consumer and Small Business Loan Onboarding‑Funding Specialist is responsible for the proper booking and funding of all types of Consumer loans.
Key Responsibilities
Review, fund and book all consumer and small business loans to the loan accounting system.
Process loan advances, loan payments and rate changes.
Update and maintain loan transactions in the loan accounting system.
Determine loan funding eligibility from a review of the loan documents.
Update loan record data after the funding process.
Competencies Required
Strong understanding of mathematics.
Strong analytical skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with loan software such as AccuSystems, PayPlus, nCino, iLien, Bancline is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications / Experience
3+ years loan operations funding experience, including consumer and small business transactions.
3+ years professional/business experience in financial services or banking industry.
Formal Education & Certification
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions
Conditions involve lifting no more than ten pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying articles such as files, ledgers, folders, etc.
