Overview
We’re seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to manage client benefit plans and provide day-to-day service and support. In this role, you will manage client relationships, oversee plan renewals and implementations and ensure timely, accurate service delivery across all benefit lines. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding their employee benefits plans. Manage the renewal and implementation process for group benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and voluntary benefits. Coordinate with carriers and vendors to resolve issues and ensure accurate plan administration. Provide guidance and support to clients on plan design, compliance, and best practices. Collaborate with producers and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in employee benefits or group insurance account management. In-depth understanding of group benefits products, carriers and regulations. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Active 2-15 life and health insurance license Compensation & Benefits
