Sales Engineer for Spare Parts Sales, Americas at Everllence USA As a
Sales Engineer – Spare Parts , Americas, you will serve as a proactive technical‑commercial partner for customers and regional offices. You will ensure accurate, timely, and technically sound spare parts solutions that support maintenance, operational performance, and lifecycle management of marine and power plant engines.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Serve as the primary technical advisor on spare parts for marine, industrial, and power plant equipment.
Design and deliver spare parts solutions for scheduled maintenance, unplanned repairs, and retrofit projects.
Evaluate and validate complex customer requests, ensuring technical feasibility and OEM compliance.
Collaborate with service, retrofit, and engineering teams to provide innovative, customer‑focused solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations that are both technically accurate and commercially competitive.
Maintain accurate records, master data, and spare parts lists in SAP and internal systems.
Lead resolution of claims, returns, and operational challenges with speed and customer focus.
Provide market insights to support regional sales targets, forecasts, and business growth strategies.
Required Education:
Mechanical or Marine Engineer
Required Experience:
Min 2 years’ experience in similar position
