About the role
Positions include senior leadership for a Home Health Agency, with emphasis on clinical nursing leadership and operational management within a Medicare Certified facility setting.
Client relationship and compensation
We provide recruitment services to hospitals, physician practice organizations, clinics, and other healthcare providers nationwide.
Clients offer excellent compensation, benefits, relocation allowance, bonus incentives, and negotiation on a DOE basis.
We work nationwide on a contingency basis.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage a Home Health Agency with 400+ patients, including budgeting, staffing, hiring, and operations.
Provide strong clinical nursing leadership with focus areas in Critical Care and Med/Surg.
Ensure performance and quality outcomes as a leader of the agency, with attention to Medicare Certification requirements.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN; Master’s degree is nice to have but not required.
Strong clinical nursing experience in Critical Care and Med/Surg.
At least 3+ years as Director of Home Health or in a senior leadership role overseeing a large home health operation (budgeting, staffing, hiring, operations).
Track record of leadership results and achieving positive outcomes in a Home Health Agency and Medicare Certified facility setting.
