The Position
Lead and oversee all precon and estimating efforts
Pursue and estimate projects across diverse sectors such as high-rise office, hospitality, multifamily, retail, and more
Collaborate with clients in pursuing new opportunities
Prepare conceptual budgets for repeat clients.
Mentor and develop estimating and project management staff
Manage project cost, supplier negotiations, subcontractor relations, design assist/design-build, and contract/risk management
Base salary of
$250,000+ per year
