Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring a
Director of Rehabilitation (DOR)
to lead our therapy team at a BRAND NEW skilled nursing facility in Madison, Ohio, ARCOLA CREEK. This is a great opportunity for an experienced therapist ready to step into a leadership role and make a meaningful impact on both patients and staff.
Eligible disciplines OT, SLP, COTA, PT, PTA
MUST BE A LICENSED THERAPIST Position Overview The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overseeing daily therapy operations, supporting clinicians, and ensuring high-quality patient care. This role combines leadership, clinical oversight, and program development within a collaborative healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support therapy staff across disciplines
Ensure compliance with regulatory and documentation standards
Monitor patient outcomes and drive quality improvement
Coordinate rehab services with interdisciplinary team members
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and program development
