Lead a Passionate Rehab Team at Heritage Manor Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Heritage Manor, a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.
Qualifications
MUST BE A LICENSED THERAPIST.
Will consider all disciplines; PT, PTA, OT and COTA.
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department
Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes
Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
