Job Description
Reporting to the Dean of Nursing, the Assistant Director of Enrollment Management (ADEM) is responsible for the comprehensive management of marketing, recruitment, and enrollment funnel operations for Nursing to drive performance. This role initiates, sets goals, plans, implements, and executes the enrollment vision by providing leadership, coordination, and hands‑on management of the full admissions lifecycle. The ADEM leads and manages the entire enrollment funnel, from prospect generation through matriculation, by developing, implementing, and assessing targeted recruitment and marketing strategies designed to attract, engage, and enroll appropriately qualified students. This includes collaborating with internal marketing teams and third‑party service providers to support digital campaigns, messaging, outreach initiatives, and content aligned with program goals, while managing analytics to track funnel performance, including identifying trends, forecasting enrollment, conversion rates, and yield outcomes to inform strategic adjustments to recruitment and marketing efforts.
