Job Responsibilities
Knowledge of inventory, ordering systems required.
Resident profile/production system experience
Experience in all duties in the dietary department including scheduling/education/discipline, dietary aide and cook duties
Job Qualifications
Education: Advanced degree preferred. ServSafe Certified Required
Experience: One year of management experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
