Help structure and track portfolio value creation initiatives. Align with management teams on priorities, ownership, and execution cadence. Coordinate across internal stakeholders and external advisors. Support strategic and operational initiatives post-investment. Provide light support on fundraising preparation when required. This is a hybrid of analytical rigor and operational follow-through. Ideal Background
2–3 years of experience. Investment banking analyst or consulting experience. Interest in working closely with management teams. Comfortable operating in a lean, high-accountability setting.
