About the Role
The firm is seeking to add an Associate to its investment team, for a
Summer 2026
start date. This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including transaction execution and ongoing portfolio company involvement. Associates play a meaningful role in evaluating new opportunities and supporting existing investments, with significant responsibility and visibility from day one. Responsibilities Support the evaluation and execution of buyout and growth equity investments across Tech sector Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess potential investments Participate in due diligence, including industry research, management meetings, and third-party advisor coordination Assist in transaction execution, including investment committee materials and deal documentation Qualifications Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related transactional role Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities Ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment with limited hierarchy High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology-enabled businesses Willingness to work in-office on a full-time basis in New York
