Growth Marketing Manager
The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for managing growth strategy execution and the optimization of our paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing efforts. This position drives efficient, scalable growth across the full funnel from first touch through conversion while partnering closely with agency and cross‑functional teams.
How You’ll Make Us Better
Manage paid acquisition performance across key channels including paid social, search, YouTube, programmatic, and retargeting
Manage budget allocation based on monthly and quarterly production goals, identifying opportunities to scale or course‑correct
Manage agency partners to ensure accountability, transparency, and continuous performance improvement
Manage the acquisition funnel and conversion strategy, including landing pages, booking flows, and consultation experiences
Manage optimization of key funnel metrics
Manage lifecycle and nurture marketing programs for unqualified leads, non‑converting leads, and retargeting audiences
Manage growth reporting and performance analysis, maintaining dashboards that track progress against targets
Identify funnel bottlenecks and present clear, data‑backed recommendations
Support growth forecasting based on media spend, conversion trends, and operational capacity
Manage experimentation and innovation efforts, including testing new channels, creative frameworks, messaging angles, and tools
Support pilot programs and growth initiatives that expand reach, access, or conversion opportunities
Your Special Skills
Strong data analysis and problem‑solving skills
Ability to manage agency relationships and evaluate their performance
Ability to scale paid acquisition efficiently while maintaining or improving CPA and conversion rates
Ability to optimize the full funnel across traffic quality, conversion rates, and downstream impact
Prerequisites For Success
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required
Five (5) years of experience in a growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing position required
Intermediate knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lifecycle/nurture marketing
Intermediate knowledge of building and maintaining performance dashboards and reporting systems
