About Coastal Rush
Coastal Rush is a competitive youth soccer club based in the Florida Panhandle region, operating as part of the ECNL Regional League (ECNL‑RL) platform. With a mission to develop technically sound, character‑driven players, Coastal Rush is dedicated to providing a high‑level competitive environment for girls across all age groups. We are seeking a dynamic, experienced full‑time Director to lead our Girls ECNL‑RL program forward.
Position Summary The ECNL‑RL Girls Director is the operational and technical backbone of the Coastal Rush Girls program. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for the day‑to‑day administration, competitive scheduling, video analysis, roster management, and overall program logistics that keep our clubs competing at the highest regional level. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in elite youth soccer, a proven ability to manage multi‑team programs, and a commitment to both player development and organizational excellence.
Key Responsibilities Program Operations & Logistics
Oversee all day‑to‑day operational functions of the ECNL‑RL Girls program across all age groups.
Coordinate and manage the full seasonal schedule, including league games, tournaments, and training sessions.
Serve as the primary liaison with ECNL‑RL league administrators and tournament directors.
Maintain compliance with all ECNL‑RL rules, regulations, and reporting requirements.
Manage communication systems for coaches, players, and families related to program logistics.
Scheduling & Calendar Management
Build and manage the full Girls program competitive calendar, including pre‑season, league, and postseason scheduling.
Coordinate travel logistics for out‑of‑area events including hotels, transportation, and itineraries.
Communicate schedule updates, changes, and conflicts to coaching staff, families, and club administration in a timely manner.
Coordinate field usage, referee assignments, and home match‑day operations.
Hudl & Video Analysis
Manage the club’s Hudl platform for all Girls teams: uploading, tagging, and organizing game film.
Conduct regular video reviews for coaching staff and individual player development purposes.
Create and distribute opponent scouting reports and session‑specific highlight packages.
Train and support coaching staff on effective use of Hudl tools and analytics features.
Roster & Player Administration
Manage all player registrations, roster submissions, and transfers through GotSoccer/GotSport.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date roster files and player documentation across all age groups.
Oversee player pass printing, medical release management, and ID card compliance.
Coordinate tryout logistics, acceptance communications, and roster finalization each cycle.
Support recruiting efforts by maintaining player evaluation tracking and inquiry records.
Coaching Staff Support & Development
Collaborate with head coaches across all Girls age groups to align logistics with training and competition goals.
Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and credentialing of coaching staff.
Facilitate coach education initiatives, license upgrade pathways, and staff evaluations.
Provide operational support for club‑wide training camps, clinics, and special programming.
Required Qualifications
Min USSF C License.
Minimum 6 years of experience in competitive youth soccer coaching and club operations.
Demonstrated experience managing multi‑team programs at the regional or national club level.
Proficiency with Hudl, GotSport/GotSoccer, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction with parents, coaches, and league staff.
Thorough understanding of ECNL‑RL rules, national club licensing standards, and US Soccer player development guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
USSF B License or NSCAA/United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma.
Prior experience as a Girls Director or DOC.
Familiarity with recruiting landscape and the college soccer exposure process.
Background in position‑specific player development programming.
Experience with sponsorship coordination or club business development is a plus.
