
Salesforce Administrator

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and manage our Salesforce environment end-to-end. This role is responsible for ongoing administration, configuration, automation, and enhancement of Salesforce CRM to support business processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.
The Salesforce Administrator will serve as the internal expert on Salesforce, partnering closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions. This is a hands‑on role combining Salesforce administration, workflow and automation design, dashboarding, and light development. This role plays a critical part in ensuring Salesforce is a scalable, reliable, and continuously improving platform that supports business growth, operational efficiency, and data‑driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner and system administrator for Salesforce Design, build, and maintain workflows and automated processes using Salesforce Flow and related tools Create and maintain custom objects, fields, record types, validation rules, and page layouts Support integrations with third‑party systems as needed Troubleshoot and enhance existing customizations and automations Identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes Design and maintain reports and dashboards for sales, operations, and leadership Act as a liaison between business teams and Salesforce functionality Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and manage a Salesforce enhancement backlog Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to Salesforce users Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings Maintain system health, data integrity, and platform performance Manage releases, upgrades, sandboxes, and environment changes Required Qualifications
3+ Years of hands‑on Salesforce administration experience Strong experiences with Salesforce Flow, workflows, and automation Experience configuring objects, fields, layouts, security, and validations Comfort with light development (formulas, basic Apex, or similar) Experience building reports and dashboards for business users Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or Operations teams Familiar with Salesforce integrations and APIs Strong documentation and communication skills
