Job Description
The Senior Human Resources Specialist (Employee Relations & Staffing) provides professional-level HR support in the areas of staffing operations, employee relations administration, compliance tracking, and performance management. This position works collaboratively with the Director of Staffing & HR Operations and supports the Director of Employee Relations in administering unemployment claims, managing employee performance appraisal processes, maintaining compliance documentation, and assisting with employee relations matters. The position ensures efficient HR operations while promoting consistency, compliance, confidentiality, and a positive employee experience across the College. Benefits
