Director, AI Business Transformation This role is based in Phoenix, Arizona. The Director, AI Business Transformation is responsible for activating enterprise strategy through the disciplined development and execution of AI initiatives. Acting as part of the AI Transformation Group, the role identifies and acts on AI solutions that enable strategic priorities, translating opportunities into well‑defined AI business cases and execution‑ready roadmaps across customer‑facing and operational functions. The Director works with business leaders to shape high‑value use cases, define measurable financial and operational outcomes, and ensure initiatives are positioned for scale. The role supports prioritization, sequencing, and pacing of AI initiatives to maximize impact, manage dependencies, and accelerate time‑to‑value. Partnering closely with functional executives, the AI Center of Excellence, and delivery teams, the Director ensures AI solutions are embedded into core workflows, adopted at scale, and continuously optimized. The role is accountable for driving disciplined execution, establishing governance and performance metrics, and ensuring AI investments translate into sustained business outcomes and enterprise‑wide transformation.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise AI strategy into actionable initiatives across sales and operations functions

Partner with function leaders to identify, shape, and prioritize high‑impact AI use cases

Lead the execution of AI initiatives from ideation through deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable value realization

Track and report on initiative performance, including financial impact, operational KPIs, and adoption metrics

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them understand and leverage AI to improve decision‑making, efficiency, and customer outcomes

Build strong relationships with functional leaders to ensure AI initiatives are business‑led and outcomes‑focused

Act as the primary liaison between business functions and the AI CoE, ensuring technical solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time

Champion AI adoption across field and corporate teams, ensuring solutions are embedded into day‑to‑day operations

Partner with HR and Communications to develop training, enablement, and change management strategies tailored to frontline and operational users

Identify and support AI champions within each function to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Define and monitor KPIs for each initiative, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and operational excellence targets

Conduct post‑implementation reviews to assess impact, capture lessons learned, and inform future roadmap decisions

Continuously refine delivery approaches to improve time‑to‑value and scalability of AI solutions

Support the creation of a flywheel model where savings from AI initiatives are reinvested into future transformation efforts

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Experience in sales, operations or support functions, with a strong track record of transformation leadership and continuous process improvement

Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams and initiatives to deliver strong business outcomes

Strong project management capabilities with the ability to distill complex initiatives into structured, actionable, and sequenced execution plans

Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to quantify and communicate value realization

Firm understanding of AI/ML applications in enterprise automation, workforce enablement, financial analytics, and digital productivity tools

Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends in enterprise technology and advise on future strategies, operating models, and capability development

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of enabling adoption and delivering measurable value across support functions
