We are building something new in specialty healthcare.
Silver Hook Capital is developing a concierge-level, largely cash-pay medical platform focused on spine, orthopedic, and pain management care, beginning in San Antonio and expanding into additional strategic markets over time.
The platform will also incorporate advanced regenerative medicine therapies, integrating emerging biologic treatments with traditional orthopedic and spine care to create a more comprehensive, forward-looking model of patient care.
To support this effort, we are seeking a Director of Operations who will serve as the execution arm of the platform.
Approximately 80% of this role will focus on launching and scaling a new platform, while also supporting operational performance within an existing practice.
This is not a traditional clinic management position. We are looking for a high-execution operator who understands the business of specialty medicine and can translate strategy into operational performance.
The role will be highly metrics-driven, with responsibility for improving financial and operational performance across the organization.
Responsibilities include
Managing operational performance and improving bottom-line results
Overseeing practice P&L and operational analytics
Building scalable systems and workflows to support growth
Recruiting high-quality physicians to the platform
Developing marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition
Leading clinical and administrative teams
Helping develop a scalable model that can expand into multiple markets
Silver Hook Capital is also a technology-forward organization that integrates AI throughout its operations. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an AI-heavy environment and leveraging technology to improve:
Workflow efficiency
Operational analytics
Ideal candidates will have experience with
Spine, orthopedic, or pain management practices
Concierge or cash-pay healthcare models (preferred)
Regenerative medicine exposure or interest
Physician recruiting and practice growth
Practice financial metrics and operational analytics
Healthcare marketing and patient acquisition
Leading high-performance healthcare teams
