Retail Center Operations

Open and close the retail center, ensuring the space is organized, welcoming, and fully operational each day.

Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers with water treatment products and service inquiries.

Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and restocking products.

Support the Retail Center Manager with staff coordination and training.

Assist with opening or supporting additional retail locations as needed.

Marketing & Lead Generation

Support lead generation initiatives and track incoming leads.

Assist with follow‑up and documentation to support business growth.

Coordinate trade shows, community events, and marketing activities.

Help prepare and distribute marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and product information.

Represent Atlantic Blue at events and engage with potential customers.

Qualifications Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Experience

1–2 years of retail, customer service, or similar experience preferred.

Marketing, event coordination, or promotional experience is a plus.

Skills

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organized with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable using social media and basic marketing tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
