
GTM Engineer at an Early-Stage HealthTech Startup

Our client, an early-stage AI HealthTech startup, is looking to bring on a GTM Engineer to own the systems and automation that power their revenue engine. You'll work closely with Growth to build the infrastructure that helps them reach the right buyers, faster. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role for someone who loves being in the weeds of tooling, data, and process — and can see directly how their work moves pipeline.
About the Role:
Build and maintain outbound workflows and sequences in Outreach or Salesloft to support the sales team
Own and optimize our HubSpot instance — lead lifecycle, scoring, routing, and reporting
Build enrichment pipelines using Clay and similar tools to automate prospecting research at scale
Partner with Sales and Marketing to identify gaps in the funnel and build solutions that close them
Manage integrations across the GTM stack and keep data clean and flowing between systems
Document processes and help the team adopt new tooling effectively
About You:
2+ years of experience in GTM engineering, sales ops, or revenue operations
Solid hands‑on experience with HubSpot — workflows, properties, pipelines, and reporting
Experience building in Outreach or Salesloft (sequences, templates, governance)
Familiarity with Clay or other enrichment/data tools for prospect research and list building
Comfortable connecting tools via APIs or Zapier‑style integrations
Strong communicator who can work cross‑functionally with non‑technical teammates
Bonus: experience in healthtech, B2B SaaS, or selling into enterprise
