Proven ability to
hunt and win new business
in complex technical environments Experience selling engineered products into OEMs, primes, or defense contractors Strong technical aptitude (engineering background helpful, not required) Ability to translate technical capability into commercial opportunity The Right Profile
5–12 years of experience in technical B2B sales Aerospace & defense background preferred (adjacent industries considered) Experience working within structured, compliance-driven environments This is an on-site position in Southern Connecticut with approximately 30–40% domestic travel.
