Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to manage team members and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws. To include training employees, planning, assisting, and directing work; appraising performance, performance management; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Excellent communication and negotiating skills, both verbal and written. Good grammar usage and persuasive skills. Excellent customer service skills required.
Able to plan, prioritize and organize own work schedule and that of subordinates/sales force.
Strong overall business acumen as it relates to other functional disciplines i.e. Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing.
Proficient in computer word process, publisher, photo-shop, power point and excel spreadsheet programs.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business is required
Minimum 3-5 years previous marketing experience required
Previous supervisory and/or management experience preferred
Previous use of a CRM required.
Previous experience with marketing analytics
SEO and SEM experience
