We're looking for a dynamic

Creative Strategist

to join our Acquisition team. In this role, you'll help develop engaging ad concepts, manage production workflows, and analyze campaign performance on Meta and beyond. This is an opportunity to blend creative thinking and execution with data-driven strategies to deliver impactful performance advertising campaigns that drive new subscriber growth.

Responsibilities

Research and analyze creative trends to inform innovative ad concepts

Develop compelling ad concepts for digital campaigns that drive new customer growth

Write creative briefs and manage creative projects through the full production lifecycle

Apply hands‑on production skills including copywriting, designing, and/or video editing as needed

Leverage AI tools to enhance creative workflows and campaign effectiveness

Quality assure ad creatives to ensure brand guidelines and channel best practices are being followed

Prepare creatives to launch on the targeted channel

Analyze campaign results and develop insights to inform future creative production

Report on learnings to and collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize creative performance

Develop a strong understanding of channel algorithms, new customer behavior, and performance drivers

Must-Have Qualifications

2‑5 years experience in creative strategy, copywriting, social media content creation, performance marketing, influencer/creator marketing, and/or video production

Demonstrated creative thinking abilities with a portfolio showcasing your work

Applied knowledge of digital advertising metrics and performance analysis

Experience with or strong interest in digital advertising platforms, particularly Meta

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Can‑do attitude and eagerness to learn

Nice-to‑Have Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field

Experience with creative and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)

Experience with A/B testing methodologies

Experience with AI tools for creative production

Base salary range: $50,000-75,000 Actual compensation may vary within the listed range based on a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set and experience.

Hybrid with an office in Austin, TX or fully remote.
