A well-established General Contractor specialising in
commercial interior fit-outs and renovations
is looking to add an Estimator to their preconstruction team. This is an opportunity to join a business known for delivering
high-quality, design-driven projects
across sectors including
retail, healthcare, hospitality, and corporate interiors . What You’ll Be Doing Producing
accurate cost estimates and detailed take-offs
from drawings and specifications Managing
subcontractor pricing , leveling bids, and building scopes Supporting
bid submissions and tender strategies Identifying
value engineering opportunities
to optimise project costs Assessing project risks, logistics, and construction methods Working closely with
project managers and operations teams
for smooth handover What We’re Looking For 3–8+ years’ experience estimating for a
General Contractor Strong background in
commercial interiors (fit-outs / renovations) Solid understanding of
all trades, including MEP Experience with tools such as
Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, or similar Ability to read and interpret
drawings, specs, and tender documents Detail-oriented with strong commercial awareness
