Radio Frequency Engineer

Optomi in partnership with our CO based client are seeking a hands-on, adaptable Network Engineer to join a fast-paced team working on cutting-edge testing and certification initiatives across end-to-end connectivity systems. This role is onsite 5 days a week and will start as a contract to hire, W2 only. No C2C/sponsorship available.
What You’ll Be Doing: RF performance and network testing from in-home devices to full network connectivity Working with cables, fiber, coax, connectors, and more Testing across extreme environmental conditions Supporting DAA rollouts and Layer 1 validation Collaborating across multiple technical projects
What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and documentation skills Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn Self-starter with a dynamic, team-oriented mindset Experience with RF testing
Nice to Have: Background in wireless, software, or aerospace Familiarity with cable/network infrastructure Advanced degree
