Job Details Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 per year

What You’ll Be Doing

Partner with customers to understand processes, pain points, and automation goals.

Develop and propose customized solutions involving conveyors, robotics, and labeling systems.

Support both business development and technical concepting of projects.

Collaborate with internal engineering teams to scope, design, and price solutions.

Lead or support proposals, presentations, and project discussions with customers.

Drive opportunities from initial conversation through project award.

What We’re Looking For

Background in industrial automation, systems integration, or material handling.

Experience with conveyors, robotics, labeling systems, or similar equipment.

Prior experience in sales engineering, applications engineering, or technical sales.

Ability to bridge technical solutions with customer needs in a consultative environment.

Strong communication skills with both technical teams and end users.

Comfortable working in a custom, project-based solutions environment.
