Key Responsibilities
Shared Services Leadership
Lead the Shared Services function supporting finance operations across Infinity Home Services and providing strategic oversight to all areas of responsibility.
Manage and develop team members responsible for accounts payable, banking administration, operational tax, and other shared services functions.
Establish, deliver, and monitor clear processes, documentation, and service expectations for shared services activities.
Foster a customer-service mindset within the Shared Services team, ensuring brands experience timely support, clear communication, and reliable execution of finance operations.
Lead the integration of shared services processes for newly acquired brands, partnering with brand finance teams to transition payment operations, banking administration, operational tax tracking, and other finance support activities into company standards.
Accounts Payable Operations
Lead and develop the AP Manager, ensuring the AP team delivers timely, accurate, and reliable vendor payment processing.
Ensure appropriate controls, policies, and governance exist around vendor payments and vendor master administration.
Partner with brand finance teams to address vendor-related issues and improve payment workflows.
Guide the implementation and continuous improvement of AP technology, automation tools, and payment processes.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting to ensure service levels and accuracy standards are consistently achieved.
Banking Administration & Payment Operations
Oversee administration and governance of the company’s banking structure, including account management, user access controls, and banking platform governance.
Manage relationships with banking partners for operational matters including account setup, maintenance, and support.
Provide oversight of payment processes including ACH, check, and corporate card programs.
Ensure appropriate controls exist around payment processing and banking access.
Partner with Accounting and Finance leadership to support reporting needs related to payment and banking activity.
Corporate Card & Expense Programs
Manage the administration of the company’s corporate card and expense platform.
Maintain policies and controls around card usage and approvals.
Support ongoing enhancements to expense and card management processes.
Analyze corporate card program data to identify spend trends, strengthen policy compliance, and recommend improvements to expense management processes.
Operational Tax Management
Coordinate with brand finance teams and external advisors to support sales and use tax, franchise tax, property taxes, and other operational tax compliance matters.
Support responses to tax notices, audits, and regulatory inquiries in coordination with internal teams and external advisors.
Identify opportunities to strengthen operational tax processes, documentation, and risk monitoring across brands.
Accounts Receivable & Collections Governance
Act as an escalation resource for brands experiencing challenges with aging receivables or complex collection matters, including coordination with third-party partners as needed.
Partner with brand teams to strengthen credit policies, collections workflows, and documentation practices to improve overall collection performance.
Support scalable collections processes and tools and assess future personnel needs as the organization continues to grow.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability across shared services processes.
Lead the evaluation and implementation of finance operational tools that enhance accuracy, reporting, and operational performance.
Partner with Finance Systems and Accounting teams to improve integration between finance tools and ERP systems.
Support the integration of newly acquired brands into shared services processes, systems, and financial controls.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, treasury, or shared services
5+ years of experience leading operational finance teams
Strong knowledge of accounts payable, payment processing, and financial controls
Experience managing banking relationships and payment operations
Experience improving finance processes and implementing automation tools
ERP experience required (Acumatica experience a plus)
Experience supporting integration of newly acquired businesses preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong service-oriented partnerships with internal stakeholders.
