Overview The Global Transaction Banking and Payment Services (GTPS) division in Americas region (AMER) offers a comprehensive suite of transaction banking products and services to corporations (GLBA / US clients and US multinational corporations) as well as SG affiliates. The product offer includes comprehensive cash clearing, cash management, trade finance and working capital services. Reference 2600041D

Responsibilities GTPS is overseen by the Head of GTPS AMER and consists of the following components:

Four Business Line front offices: Sales and Client Relationship Teams (BAN / PCM / TRA / WCS)

Front Office Product Manager dedicated to Payments and Cash Management services (PCM), Sales Supports to Cash Management and Trade Services and also Client Services Teams

Chief Operating Officer (COO), Risk, and Project Teams

Product Management

Working closely with the Relationship Manager (PCM Sales) to support solution roadmap and the completion of complex RFI/RFP responses as needed.

Liaising with PCM Sales to identify customer needs (spoken and non-spoken) and establish a road map for new products/services development as well as assisting with overall business strategy as it relates to competition and regulatory changes.

Document process workflows, commercial plans, strategic objectives, regulatory governance, and performance metrics for all current and new product initiatives.

Perform detailed risk assessments and develop risk mitigation plans for all current and new product initiatives

Present to the Living Product Review Committee (LPRC) and the New Product Committee (NPC) all current and new product initiatives

Sales & Marketing

Promote Cash Management services' global and domestic strengths for our clients.

Develop marketing materials for PCM products targeted at corporate and NBFI clients.

Share customer needs and market trends with Cash management teams.

Ensure top client service and maximize revenue opportunities for PCM.

Development of Cash Management Solutions

Responsible for designing products and services utilizing electronic payment rails (ACH, wires, FED/CHIPS, Instant Payments), messaging systems, collections, cash pooling, liquidity management, connectivity solutions, and reporting frameworks.

Create thorough business process requirements and models to aid development initiatives and supervise every functional, non-functional, and usability element of PCM products.

Manage all phases of the product lifecycle, define solution acceptance, and collaborate internally to increase efficiency and enhance current products.

Create UAT test scripts for the Business to cover all user journeys.

Test projects are sponsored by the business line and give your approval when they're complete.

Business Analysis

Streamline processes to lower costs, minimize risks, and optimize resources for account opening.

Identify risks, assess impact, know when to escalate, and minimize risks with corrective actions.

Managing business and product costs to control spending and eliminate excess.

Prepare KPIs and ad-hoc reports detailing outcomes for submission to PCM and Compliance.

Required Profile Required technical skills and job competencies:

Comprehensive knowledge of Corporate and Transaction Banking products (both US and International), as well as regulatory, operational, and technology requirements.

Proven experience in product management and collaborating with multiple banking divisions on new product development initiatives.

In-depth understanding of the complete sales process for products and services, including critical success factors such as relationship management, operational functionality, risk mitigation, and cost analysis.

Strong ability to define and pose key questions aligned with client objectives, establish appropriate expectations, and manage these throughout the project lifecycle.

Demonstrated aptitude for assessing needs and expectations, evaluating technology margins, and identifying the benefits of alternative solutions to determine the most suitable course of action.

Extensive experience in product development with the ability to interpret and deliver functional specifications to IT teams based on client requirements.

Skills in designing and mapping thorough business requirements, creating workflows and conducting detailed risk assessments.

Experienced in process re-engineering, operations streamlining, and automation (SQL/VBA).

Coordinates with clients and SG partners to obtain necessary documentation and ensures pricing adheres to established standards.

Committed to continuous improvement in complex implementation processes, particularly those of a cross-border nature.

Willingness to travel and participate in client meetings with PCM Sales and/or Corporate Coverage Bankers as needed.

Other responsibilities may be assigned as required.

Compensation Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
