We're The 21st Agency, a marketing firm in downtown Tampa. We work with brands that actually have something to say, and we need someone who can help them say it visually, cinematically, and sonically.

The Role This is a blended creative position for a designer who thinks in motion. You'll own graphic design across client accounts, produce and edit our agency podcast "21 Minutes With...", and handle video capture and post-production when the moment calls for it. You'll sit at the intersection of brand, content, and storytelling, and you'll thrive there.

What You'll Do

Design scroll‑stopping visuals for social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube

Produce, edit, and publish episodes of 21 Minutes With..., our agency podcast — from audio cleanup to final export

Shoot and edit short‑form and long‑form video content for clients and the agency brand

Collaborate with our social media team to build cohesive visual identities across content calendars

Build branded graphic assets for campaigns, proposals, and presentations

Manage multiple client design workloads simultaneously without losing the thread on any of them

Use AI tools to sharpen and speed up your creative process not replace it

Bring a point of view to every project, then execute it with precision

What You Bring

3+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that shows range

Hands‑on video production and editing experience (shooting, lighting basics, post‑production)

Podcast production experience, or a clear understanding of the workflow from record to publish

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition), Canva, and CapCut, Figma

A strong eye for brand consistency and the instinct to know when something is off

Agency or multi‑client experience preferred

Degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Film, Marketing, or a related field — or a portfolio that makes the degree conversation irrelevant
