is seeking an experienced
Senior Construction Estimator
to join their growing preconstruction team.
Positon Summary The Senior Construction Estimator will be responsible for leading the estimating process on a wide variety of commercial construction projects. This individual will work closely with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams to develop accurate cost estimates, budgets, and proposals from conceptual design through final bid.
Responsibilities
Prepare conceptual and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Lead the preparation of detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Review drawings and specifications to complete quantity takeoffs
Solicit and analyze subcontractor and supplier bids
Identify value engineering opportunities and cost‑saving strategies
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and design teams during preconstruction
Participate in client meetings and presentations during the preconstruction phase
Qualifications
7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
Experience with large commercial projects (office, healthcare, education, industrial, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricing
Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, OST, or similar
