A growing and dynamic organization is seeking an experienced

Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

to serve as a strategic advisor to leadership and a trusted partner to employees. This role is ideal for a senior HR professional who excels at aligning people strategy with business objectives while providing hands‑on support across employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals. Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and talent development. Lead and support initiatives related to organizational design, engagement, and change management. Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and best HR practices. Guide managers through performance issues, coaching, investigations, and corrective actions. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll) as needed. Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Qualifications: 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including time in a Business Partner role. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Proven ability to influence leaders and operate as a strategic, consultative partner. Excellent communication, judgment, and problem-solving skills.
