Advertising Strategy & Campaign Oversight Develop and oversee paid media strategies across e-commerce platforms, including PPC and CPM campaigns Analyze campaign performance and guide optimizations to improve ROAS/ACOS and overall efficiency Identify scaling opportunities and strategically allocate budgets based on performance trends Monitor key metrics such as spend, keyword performance, and conversion data to inform decisions Listing & Conversion Optimization Drive optimization of product detail pages, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and enhanced content Partner with creative teams to improve visual assets and conversion-focused messaging Ensure listings are accurate, compliant, and aligned with brand standards Oversee resolution of listing issues such as suppressions or content gaps Pricing & Profitability Strategy Evaluate competitive pricing and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions Ensure alignment between advertising spend and margin targets at the product level Recommend pricing tests, promotions, and bundling strategies to improve performance Performance Analysis & Growth Planning Analyze key performance indicators including sales, conversion rate, organic ranking, and ad performance Identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities across the catalog Develop strategic recommendations to improve underperforming products and scale high performers Present insights and performance recommendations to leadership to support decision-making What We’re Looking For Someone who loves e-commerce sales & strategies Highly organized and detail-oriented Proactive, fast-moving, and dependable Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills About Zulay Kitchen Zulay Kitchen is a Top 100 Amazon seller in the U.S. and an Inc. 5000 company .
