We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as the key liaison between our customers and the service department. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing service orders, communicating with customers about their vehicle needs, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and courteously, providing exceptional customer service throughout their visit. Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests, ensuring clear communication between customers and technicians. Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs and maintenance. Coordinate service schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize customer wait times. Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and transactions. Work collaboratively with service technicians to monitor repair progress and update customers accordingly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude. Basic understanding of automotive technology and repair processes. Proficiency in computer systems and service management software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
