Customer Service Representative
Craft Wholesalers Inc., a family-owned business serving customers for over 40 years, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and faxes Process orders accurately and efficiently Provide product availability, pricing, and order status updates Handle returns, adjustments, and complaints in a professional manner Collaborate with team members and maintain strong internal communication Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(K) with company match Paid holidays and vacation Bi-weekly pay Stable, long-term employment in a family-oriented company Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am-5pm some weekends Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of customer service experience Excellent phone and communication skills Basic computer and typing skills (typing test may be required) Strong time management and organizational skills Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive Must be 18 or older
