Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume outbound collection calls (80100 daily) Manage and collect on third-party accounts Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve past-due balances Maintain accurate records of collection activity and account updates Handle challenging conversations with professionalism and tact Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal policies Qualifications 2+ years of collections experience (third-party collections preferred) Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and organization $42,000 - $46,000 a year
