Customer Service Representative
Location: El Dorado Hills, CA Work Setting: Onsite Employment Type: Contract Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support day-to-day customer interactions on an onsite, contract basis. This role is responsible for providing timely assistance, resolving inquiries, and delivering a positive experience to customers while supporting internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a professional and timely manner Address questions, concerns, and service requests while ensuring positive resolution Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems Process orders, returns, or service requests as needed Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards Support additional administrative or customer service tasks as assigned Requirements: Qualifications: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain professional and calm in a fast-paced environment Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work onsite in El Dorado Hills, CA
