Job Opportunity: German-Speaking Customer Support Advisors Remote from Portugal (with Relocation) Start Dates: July and August

German-speaking Customer Support Advisors
for a well-known international company. These roles are
fully remote from Portugal
and offered exclusively through our agency. About the Role
As part of the customer support team, you will provide
inbound assistance to drivers
in need of roadside support. No sales involved just clear and empathetic communication over the phone. You will handle incoming calls, provide calm and helpful responses in emergency situations, and coordinate basic support. Who We Are Looking For Native German speaker with B2 level English Calm under pressure, friendly, and helpful Able to work on rotating shifts (40 hours/week, 24/7; 2 days off) Also possible to work on normal dayshift. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required Whats on Offer Fully remote work from Portugal Relocation support (flight + temporary accommodation) Meal card (7.23/day) and transport allowance (20/month) Health insurance Paid training and career development This is a priority project with limited spots.
