German Speaker (C1) Customer Advisor - Full Remote - Portugal
We are urgently hiring German-speaking Customer Support Advisors for a well-known international company. These roles are fully remote from Portugal and offered exclusively through our agency. As part of the customer support team, you will provide simple inbound assistance to drivers in need of roadside support. No sales involved just clear and empathetic communication over the phone. Youll handle incoming calls, provide calm and helpful responses in emergency situations, and coordinate basic support. We are looking for a native German speaker with B2 level English. Calm under pressure, friendly, and helpful. Able to work on rotating shifts (40 hours per week, 24/7; 2 days off). Customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
