Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 12 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and New Agent Program Qualifier Responsibilities
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations. Qualifications

: Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision. Organizational Skills
: Maintains structured processes and systems to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all tasks. Time Management
: Effectively prioritizes tasks, meets deadlines, and manages time efficiently to maximize productivity. Communication Skills
: Communicates clearly and effectively, both verbally and written, to foster strong customer relationships. Drive
: Exhibits a strong motivation to achieve goals, continuously seeks improvement, and demonstrates a proactive approach to challenges. Coachable
: Open to feedback and new ideas, eager to learn and grow, and willing to adapt to improve performance. Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
