Customer Service Representative

POSITION SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is expected to be well versed in Medgene's vaccine product portfolio and accompanying services as well as general operations to ensure customer responses occur in an accurate, timely, and professional manner. JOB DUTIES This position will work within the sales organization supporting the ISPRIME team and our customers. The candidate must: Make outgoing calls and emails to customers to provide timely updates on products and services as needed. Be people-orientated by engaging with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns. Accurately record customer information and feedback in appropriate system software. Be detail focused to capture accurate information for order processing. Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies. Work closely with field sales staff to secure product order details from customers and provide order tracking. Develop and maintain accurate customer account records. Understand and support quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies. Other duties as requested. This position is not eligible for sponsorship. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of: Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Importance of attention to critical details. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills. Proficiency in MS Office. SharePoint and Smartsheet. Data and administrative management practices and procedures. Clerical practices and procedures. Ability to: Follow detailed directions and instructions. Communicate information clearly and concisely. Establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with coworkers. Be accountable for accurate completion of tasks and projects. Preferred: Knowledge or experience in animal care/husbandry/health. Bachelor's degree in animal or science-related field. Compensation: Pay based on experience and education.
