Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Our office is located in Neenah. Our office is open 8:30-5:00. I am a proud graduate of University of Wisconsin - Green Bay.
