Our agency has been proudly serving the Rosedale community since 2005, and this year marks 20 incredible years as a State Farm agent. Before opening my agency, I earned my bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from C.W. Post Long Island University and spent 13 years working for a State Farm agent in Nesconset, NY. I loved helping customers with their insurance and financial service needs so much that I decided to build my own agency. Outside the office, I'm grateful for my wonderful family

my wife Rosa, to whom I've been married for 26 years, our son Thomas who proudly serves as a U.S. Marine, and our daughter Delia, currently in her third year at LIU. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
