Our agency has been proudly serving the Rosedale community since 2005, and this year marks 20 incredible years as a State Farm agent. Before opening my agency, I earned my bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from C.W. Post Long Island University and spent 13 years working for a State Farm agent in Nesconset, NY. I loved helping customers with their insurance and financial service needs so much that I decided to build my own agency. Outside the office, I'm grateful for my wonderful family
my wife Rosa, to whom I've been married for 26 years, our son Thomas who proudly serves as a U.S. Marine, and our daughter Delia, currently in her third year at LIU. In our office, we believe in creating a fun and friendly atmosphere where hard work is celebrated. We offer competitions and team incentives throughout the year to keep things exciting and rewarding. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Anthony Petrozzella - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates. Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
