Order Processing Specialist The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and executing all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of goods. This role works closely with warehouse teams, carriers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to support efficient shipping operations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound shipments Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams Prepare and verify shipping documentation (BOLs, labels, invoices, etc.) Ensure accuracy of orders, shipments, and inventory movement Resolve shipping issues, delays, or discrepancies Monitor shipping costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Maintain organized shipping records and logs Support overall warehouse and logistics operations Job Requirements: Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or coordination required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of shipping documentation and processes Experience working with carriers and freight forwarders Basic computer and data entry skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
