We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Real Estate Operations Coordinator
to support our Real Estate Strategy (RES) team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across real estate transactions, lease management, and portfolio coordination. The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative and project coordination experience, along with a foundational understanding of
corporate real estate operations . You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Legal, Finance, and Facilities to drive efficiency and ensure compliance across all real estate activities. ???? Key Responsibilities Support
end-to-end real estate transactions
including acquisitions, leasing, and dispositions Assist with
due diligence, lease reviews, and closing documentation Coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Site Ops, Design & Construction) Maintain and update
project trackers
to ensure timelines and milestones are met Monitor
lease compliance , insurance requirements, and key contractual obligations Manage
rent and payment processing
activities Maintain accurate
data, records, and portfolio documentation Track critical dates such as lease renewals, expirations, and notices Support
property and facilities coordination
activities Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation ? Required Qualifications 510 years of experience in
real estate, legal, finance, or corporate operations Strong understanding of
real estate transactions and lease processes Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency in
Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment ? Preferred Qualifications Experience with
Lease Harbor
and
MyBuy systems Background in corporate real estate or property management
