About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Digital Transformation and E-commerce to lead the digital strategy and execution across a portfolio of retail and fashion brands. This senior executive will be responsible for creating and implementing a cohesive digital vision that drives growth, modernizes operations, and enhances enterprise value. The role involves close collaboration with the CEOs, CMOs, CTOs, and the PE Operating Partner team of the portfolio companies to ensure measurable improvements in digital performance, customer experience, and omnichannel profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital leadership, with a focus on e-commerce and omnichannel business, and a proven track record of scaling digital operations.
Key responsibilities for the Head of Digital include building and owning the digital transformation roadmap, establishing digital standards and KPIs, and identifying synergies in technology and customer experience across the portfolio. The role also encompasses overseeing e-commerce strategy, site performance, and digital merchandising, as well as driving revenue growth through various digital marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be adept at influencing senior executives, have a strong operator mindset, and possess exceptional communication and change-leadership skills. An MBA and at least 15 years of experience in digital leadership, particularly in retail, fashion, consumer, or DTC sectors, are required, with a preference for those who have worked in a PE or high-growth environment.
