About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead a pivotal transformation within the organization. The successful candidate will be tasked with rebuilding and reactivating a lapsed residential customer base, accelerating e-commerce revenue growth, and establishing a robust marketing and e-commerce infrastructure. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in marketing, e-commerce, and digital experience, particularly within a high-growth, omnichannel retail or DTC environment. The CMO will be responsible for brand strategy, customer reacquisition, and will have a direct impact on the company's marketing and e-commerce P&L. The ideal CMO for the company will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and at least 10-15 years of progressive marketing leadership experience. They must possess deep expertise in the full digital marketing stack, including paid search, paid social, SEO, email/SMS marketing, and CRM automation. Experience in managing marketing budgets under cost-reduction mandates and a strong command of modern marketing analytics infrastructure are essential. The role requires a leader with a strong executive presence, the ability to influence at all levels, and a proven track record of partnering cross-functionally to drive business results. The CMO should be a high-integrity, self-directed, and decisive individual with a genuine customer empathy and a curiosity for modern AI-powered marketing tools.
